What better way to start your morning off than with a sweat sesh under the sunrise? Or better yet…leaving work at the end of a long day to enjoy some nice sunset yoga. Whichever way you prefer (or maybe both), you can partake in some awesome workout classes this summer. And yup, you guessed it! It’s all free.
I’m talking about Citi Summer in The Square, presented by Union Square Partnership, in collaboration with New York Health & Racquet Club and Paragon Sports. Taking place every Thursday from June 15th through August 10th, you can head to Union Square to get your workout on…outdoors. That’s right – free fitness classes all summer long. So when Thursday finally rolls around and you’re ready to let loose and get some fresh air, head to Union Square and get fit for free. It’s all starting this Thursday.
To view the list of free fitness classes taking place every Thursday, click here. No sign-up necessary, just show up! For cardio classes, just make sure you have sneakers & water; and for yoga classes, make sure you bring your own mat, towel & water.
Who says Summer Thursdays aren’t a thing? Leave those Summer Fridays for well-deserved happy hours, and reserve your Thursdays for well-deserved wellness.
