About Me

I’m a fitness loving foodie in my mid-20’s, living the NYC dream while still trying to maintain my sanity, my shape and of course, my bank account. I drink iced coffee on the coldest of days and can be found walking around in my bright turquoise Nike’s. I strongly believe that peanut butter and Nike’s are a girl’s best friend and that you should never eat ingredients you can’t pronounce. Except quinoa and acai bowls 😉 Those are always a good idea.

How was “Fit for Free” born?  I found myself coming across complimentary workout after workout at NYC’s top boutique fitness studios and I thought why not share this with every other fitness fanatic? So here I am, letting you in on some of the greatest news I come across. Enjoy, and maybe I’ll see you in a class!
